A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
No. The review can work alongside your existing accounting support. Its focus is profitability and operating decisions. Bookkeeping, tax preparation, and payroll remain separate.
Typically, 12 months of monthly profit-and-loss statements, a current balance sheet, and relevant pricing, revenue, cost, and labor information. We confirm the specific request after agreeing on the analytical focus. Please don’t send sensitive financial records with an initial inquiry.
We check data readiness before confirming the engagement. If cleanup is needed, we identify what must be addressed first or agree on a narrower question the available information can support.
The review is a fixed-fee engagement. Your proposal confirms the price after we understand the business, available records, and scope. Cash-flow planning and ongoing advisory are scoped separately.
No. The Profitability Review is a standalone engagement. Continuing support is an option if there’s a useful next step for your business.
